It’s only four minutes!

Have you ever made a New Year’s Resolution to improve your health? Have you invested in workout programs or gym memberships? Did you order that delivery nutrition system from the infomercial? Are you having trouble staying motivated to work out? If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these questions, you aren’t alone. According to a new study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), only 20%of people regularly get the recommended daily amount of exercise — that means the remaining 80% don’t!1

It’s time to quit making empty promises you can’t keep. Guilt simply doesn’t work. Eventually the guilt will wear off and you’ll create justifications for why you didn’t exercise today. It won’t take long and you’ll find yourself right back where you started.

Instead, make yourself a promise you can keep — promise to visit your range of motion (ROM) machine once each day. If you already own one, you’ve committed this far. Once you are there, you might as well just work out. It will only take you four minutes! You can’t shower, unload the dishwasher, or cook dinner in only four minutes — but you can work out with the QuickGym system!

If you work out with your ROM machine every day for four minutes for 21 days, that’s only 84 minutes total to get in the routine of exercising.
